In my opinion, this InterContinental doesn’t measure up to others I’ve stayed at across China and the world. While the staff were excellent—accommodating late check-out and communicating well in English—the hotel itself felt old and worn out.
My biggest letdown was the massage place (not hotel-operated), which was downright disgusting, offering inappropriate services that tainted my entire experience.
On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was very good (especially the pork sandwiches), though overcrowded—avoid peak times if possible. The gym was decent, and the views/location were great for my trail run.
A special shoutout to some outstanding staff, like Karl and Vincent—wish I could remember the others' names!

Dirty and old broken furniture. Room wasn’t cleaned properly even after complaining. Furniture very old and broken. Carpets dirty. I was rather disappointed. The fridge and the aircon also didn’t work properly.
However the location is great.

Good hotel, perfect location, hotel is a bit old, but it’s ok.
The only complaint is, the air conditioner is not strong enough, a bit hot at night.

国庆期间入住，前台工作人员Ricky和Rena服务热情周到，办理速度快，四个房间都升级了套房。酒店位置非常好，地下停车场，附近购物就餐都很方便，本次居住体验非常好

酒店很好出行方便 前台Diana（名字应该是这么拼）很贴心温柔给升级了房间 房间很大 卫生间也很大 整体住着很舒服 性价比很高

这几天是我们家庭的出游日，入住了大连中远海运洲际酒店，酒店位置赞一个，到哪都方便。因为要外出所以用了他们车，让我们感受到了五星级酒店的服务，在疫情期间他们的车内消毒设施也很全面，车里有免费的wifi和消毒湿巾，口罩，还有免费的水果。礼宾部的工作人员服务也很好，主动帮我们拿行李，送到车上，还给了小孩子小礼物，用心了，还会再来。

我觉得吧 讲道理400不到的价格住洲际是真的划算，然后又临纪念日，前台给升了级，服务体验都很好，当天还送了红酒，虽然没喝，但还是很感谢。景观位置也很棒，到哪都很方便，小插曲，媳妇把化妆品摊的一塌糊涂，然后阿姨全都给规整整齐，惊艳到了。然后我们的衣服也是帮我们叠的特别好，再次感谢一下39楼打扫房间的阿姨。
