来大连的三晚，选这家是选对了。地段在中山广场，附近很多能吃饭的地方，交通也方便。和父母订了两间房，房间整洁安静。机器人送餐照顾了客人的私隐。我的大床房选了个带智能床垫的，很舒服。谘询了延迟退房的问题，也帮忙解决了。对这次入住很满意，下次来大连也会选这家。
PS：如果电视能投屏会更好。

大连中远海运洲际酒店体验超预期！这次入住体验真的非常满意！前台服务特别热情，办理入住高效又贴心，还主动介绍了酒店的各项设施。 酒店响应速度非常快，无论是需要加物品还是谘询问题，电话刚一放下马上就有工作人员上门处理，效率点赞！ 虽然房间装修风格略有年代感，但设施设备维护得非常好，干净整洁，睡床舒适度高，隔音效果也很棒～ 特别要夸一下宾客关系的Mia小姐姐，服务细致入微，主动关心入住体验，还贴心准备了小惊喜，让这次住宿充满了温馨感！ 整体来说是一次超出预期的入住体验，下次来大连还会选择这里！

卫生：酒店的卫生每天都要打扫，游泳池水质比较好，也能提供吹风机，棉签，浴巾，游泳池还专门有一块喷泉池是热水，小孩游泳很不错。
服务：每天都能提供多瓶矿泉水，入住还有回访管家也比较贴心，在大厅也有礼宾部的师傅帮忙开车门，孙师傅很热情。打前台电话也能够有求必应，入住的时候还有一个高的戴眼镜的帅小伙，帮忙把行李送到酒店房间。
设施：就是装修的有一点儿早，其馀的都还不错，我们入住的是有梳化床的房间可以入住4个人，带孩子长者一间房就搞定，这样算下来比很多像全季酒店之类的这种都划算。
环境：位于市中心去哪里都方便，大连感觉本身也不是很大，周边有很多知名美食都不错！

The service is good, convenient location however is a bit run down since the hotel has been there for more than twenty years. Ssince there are many other new hotels in Dalian, will probably not recommend to friends.

Beautiful hotel with a great location, the metro is just across the street. The breakfasts are good, and the room is cleaned every day. My children and I really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely recommend it ??

Location is good. Rooms are big. Service is decent. Price is reasonable. Not too old amenities. A lot of people. Difficult to have breakfast. Difficult to use lifts. Almost no European food at the breakfast.

Unfortunately had a frustrating stay with everything absolutely disorganised and poorly managed. Check-in took over 40 minutes, and even though I arrived well after the official 2 pm check-in time, I was told my room still wasn’t ready because it was being cleaned (the same went for most people in the queue). The lobby and public areas were constantly noisy and chaotic, with kids running around unchecked which felt more like a theme park than a hotel. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better as I had to wait over 20 minutes just to be seated, and by that time the atmosphere had already killed my appetite.
The one real positive is the hotel’s location that gives you easy access to the metro station and most of the city’s main attractions. The property itself feels a little dated (90s luxury as you can imagine), but it’s reasonably well kept. Unfortunately the staff all seemed overwhelmed and disconnected from the front desk to housekeeping. There seemed to have no real warmth or sense of hospitality. Overall this will probably be my first and last stay at an IHG hotel.

房间整体干净整洁，楼层较高，视野较好，而且打扫也很及时，服务也挺好的～
唯一让我心里有点膈应而且对休息影响较大的是第一天晚上凌晨三点多电话莫名其妙响了，而且还不是别人打电话的响声，像是电话被设定闹铃或者挂断后的嘟嘟声，被吵醒后后半夜几乎没怎么睡得踏实，甚至第二天晚上也担心电话会不会又响～（和前台反馈后给我更换了电话，还送了点水果）
另外还有就是床头柜下面的是不是起夜灯是红色的，而且有点故障，一直闪烁，所有灯都关了后看到有点渗人，不注意就没事～
整体体验还是挺好的，希望大家不会遇到我这种情况～

洲际所处地段交通方便，景点基本都在周边几公里内，周边高分的餐厅也多，我入住的房间正好可以看到海景加城市景观，极其完美。房间也很大很舒服，房间里整面墙都是观景窗，洗手间浴室也有整面墙都是景观窗。洲际的服务毋庸置疑那肯定是极其专业极其用心的，总台，客房服务都是反应速度极快，服务到位，门口的接待搬行李迎客，送客，帮客人开关车门都是非常主动热情的。酒店的早餐丰富，鲜榨果汁品种不少，喜欢他们现拉的牛肉面。
