酒店在市中心，交通方便，房间很大，主动送行李到房间，前台还给小朋友送了礼物，很友好，大堂的肉松麪包很好吃,离店还送了冰箱贴

Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

房间略显年代感 服务真是超级棒 从踏进酒店起就热情招待 一早的飞机到的大连 中午前就到了酒店 本以为要下午才能入住 前台妹妹很热情得升级了房间办理了入住. 洲际的餐饮也是绝对在线 中餐厅一定要给个五星好评 **鱼的套餐也太好吃了吧～而且超级性价比～深度游建议住一晚这边 去东港 棒槌岛 虎滩海洋公园都很近

行政酒廊的 Serena 服务很好，非常细心细致，提前致电过来安排了想要的景观的房间。酒店的房间和酒廊风景一绝，位置也很好，大连各个很知名的餐厅基本上许多从酒店步行或打车十分钟左右就可以到达。不过房内设施确实略老，也没有胶囊咖啡机之类的，餐食也不是特别丰富。就服务，价格，便利综合而言，很适合作为旅行的下榻住所。

一次非常满意的住宿，宾客关系部的Grace帮我升级了房间，有任何问题都能及时解决。
酒店位置优越，就在中山广场旁边，距离各个景点都不远；周围很多美食。
酒店自助早餐品类很丰富，味道也很不错。

此次与家人大连旅游入住期间，行政酒廊的服务及用餐环境让我印象尤为深刻，特别感谢服务员fiona，用餐时主动询问偏好、全程保持热情微笑，让我感受到宾至如归。下次来大连旅行，一定会再次选择贵酒店！

酒店服务很好，Grace全程服务，很贴心。夸夸早餐，每天都有不同种类，味道很好。酒店位置位于中心地带，出行地铁打车都很方便。设定能看出来稍显陈旧，但基础设施也够用了。卫生很过关，打扫的阿姨很负责任。门口的礼宾小哥服务很到位，帮忙提行李开车门。

一次非常理想的住宿。大连洲际酒店设施高端优雅大气，房间宽阔舒适温馨，俯瞰东港船厂大海，地处市中心，地铁及公交车十分便利，打出租车到哪也不贵，步行至中山广场百年经典建筑很近，办理入住很简单，服务周到热情。感谢前台的DANA，感谢酒店大门外服务员每次都帮助我从出租车里提箱子，感谢餐饮部晚间亲自送到客房的红枣雪梨汤，缓解一天游玩的疲惫。大连是个好地方！

洲际酒店服务出色啊！入住前管家会联系安排入住细节，点赞??！试了一天早歺，食物丰富，拉面哥哥出品??，Autumn细心优秀啊! 缺点就是旧了一些，不影响使用；地理位置优越，去哪都方便，步行15分钟内好多歺厅，可以步行去南山路网红街逛逛！
