Our pool was closed by the Health Department, and I understand how disappointing that is for our guests. You stayed with us for two nights, and I’m very sorry to hear about the concerns you mentioned. Regarding the issue in the elevator, we did not receive any report from you or from any other guest during your stay. If we had been notified, our team would have addressed it immediately. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the breakfast. We take a lot of pride in offering one of the best hot breakfasts in Council Bluffs, and many guests enjoy the variety we provide each morning.If at any point you were not satisfied, you were welcome to request an early check?out, and we would have been happy to refund the remaining nights.
