Really good place to stay at, it’s near the metro station and theres also a convenience store and pharmacy on the first floor. More importantly, the room is clean and spacious. I enjoyed staying here and will stay at this chain of hotels again. Bonus was the tea set:) Awesome!

One of the least welcoming and poor service hotel that I’ve been to in China. There was no greeting of guests when you approach the check in desk at level 5, no serving of welcome drinks. I had indicated birthday celebration in my booking and it was ignored. Initially, I had booked a different room type for the first night as the double room was not available for the night. At check in, the front desk informed that it was available but they needed more time to clean the room. However, there was no form of compensation from the hotel for extra waiting time of 2.5 hrs for them to clean the room. So I wonder if the earlier reviews of free upgrade or free breakfast are indeed real.

Location is near the mrt but the traffic in front of the hotel is terrible. Everyday jam when taking taxi. So be warned about that as it is more likely that you take cab rather than mrt. Staff is not very welcoming as they do not greet you when they see you in the hotel. No compensation for making me wait extra 2 hours for them to clean the room for check in. Housekeeping forgot to provide towels after cleaning the room. Front desk is slow in picking up calls.

房间很满意，景观大床房的夜景超绝，前台服务员小姐姐也很友好，免费办理了延迟退房，还帮忙寄存保管行李，非常人性化！
