位置很好，去天字码头和北京路逛街都很近。房间乾净整洁，设施齐全，服务人员也很热情，整体性价比很高，值得推荐！

Weakness : there’s some shop beside, will have some noise if worker work till late night (for room that near to shops), only 1 lift in this hotel.

Hotel front desk provided good customer service. They were happy to store our many parcels before we checked in and they labelled the parcels clearly and bundled all my parcels together. Very efficient service
Room was clean; bedding comfortable; and cleaning staff attempted to tidy room up every morning. However, used cups were not replaced nor cleaned for us. We stayed for 5 days 4 nights, and the same dirty cups were left there every morning. We ended up cleaning drinking utensils ourselves each day after returning hotel from sight seeing
Breakfast was not so good; dining room was cramped and not enough seats. Food varieties need improvement as it is same type of food with limited choices every morning when we were there.

上一次住边边角角房间，感觉不太吵。这次在中间楼层，那个隔音真的....无言以对，关门声音，上厕所声音交叉混合曲一样。

这次和对象来广州玩，选了这家宜致酒店，体验感满分??！房间采光很好，全屋智能超方便，喊一声就能控制灯光和窗帘。衞生做得特别细致，服务也很贴心，位置就在北京路和天字码头附近，逛吃逛玩超方便，下次来还会选这里！

酒店还是不错的，过年出门，前台很给力。附近美食很多，步行去北京路有点远，3公里左右。房间比较小，但是很乾净

The hotel is really clean and the location is very convenient. Friendly staff and they helped me store my luggage during my last day in Guangzhou before going to the airport. I hope to come back soon!

房间不大，但是很精致，窗是落地窗，外面是高架，隔音效果还不错，早餐种类没有其他酒店那么多选择，但是味道还是可以的。
