房间很舒适，冲着希尔顿品牌来的，没有失望。酒店位于北京西站附近，出站后过来很方便。去各个地方也都很便捷。酒店的入住率很高，快满房的情况下还是给做了免费升级，很厚道，入住期间整体体验也很不错，有问题各个部门都响应的很及时，bishop服务很好，很细心。

一家在北京玩了几天，希尔顿是一个让你一进酒店就感觉到特别舒心的酒店， 楼上楼下都特别香，很干净，工作人员整体素质都特别高 早餐也特别好吃，退房时前台人员还贴心的送了两瓶水，感谢，下次来北京还会选择希尔顿这个大品牌。

We had a nice stay at this hotel and there were plenty of positives: room was nice and spacious, staff were very helpful(especially Vivi and Bishop), free laundry facilities, restaurant food was tasty.
Some of the negatives though were that this hotel is actually quite far from the train station so you will need to take the metro with a few transfers or get a taxi, also we had a really hard time ordering room service to the point that we had to go down to reception to order it.

The hotel is clean but it is abit far from main attractions. Good for people who need to catch early train.
