  Location is perfect, staff is very polity and kind. They moved us with a golf cart between hotels. However, there was no shampoo and shower gel:( Also we did not find the iron, though it was imortant for us. However hotel is great. Especially the buffet and location.

  This hotel was supposed to be a 4-star, but when I got there, they said they upgraded me to their 5-star place because of some change in plans. So, what I'm writing about is the 5-star hotel, and I'm totally grateful for the upgrade! The hotel, even though it was old, was super clean and had awesome services like massages and personal stuff. My room was pretty big, the bed was clean and comfy, and breakfast was amazing. The only issue was they said there was private parking, but they just parked my car in the lot next door and charged me 30 euros for one night until morning. The parking fee wasn't mentioned anywhere.

  Une honte ! Le plus horrible des hotels de toute ma vie. Sale, mauvaise odeurs et le comble : pas de douche ! Ni dans la chambre ni de douche commune. Comment passer 4 nuits dans un hotel sans se doucher. Je regrette fortement que ********* cautionne ce genre d'arnaque. 15 ans que je reserve mes hotel avec la plateforme, c'est aujourd'hui terminé! Il n'ont rien fait pour m'aider a part me faire attendre 2H au telephone. Pour ********* louer une chambre sans pouvoir se laver est normal, j'aurai du verifier que la douce n'etait pas marqué. Attention lors de vos reservations qu'il y ai bien douche, lit, matelas, porte, fenetre marqué sur l'annonce pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises !

  booked this hotel because i saw there is a separate shower and room is relatively bigger than the one we stayed in our past few trips. it is also located in the city centre, connected to shinsaibashi station via exit 8. very convenient! staffs were all super friendly and helpful. there is also an airport transfer service from the hotel to kansai airport t1 & t2 which is so convenient, we didn’t have to worry about taking the train and having to lug our luggages around. will definitely be back :)

  作为一个经常去大阪嘅旅人，我会咁样评价呢间老牌酒店： 1. 交通同位置：100分嘅便利 无缝对接：最爽系酒店地库直通地铁心斋桥站 8 号出口。落雨或者拎住大包小包，完全唔使惊。 行街圣地：对面就系大丸百货同心斋桥商店街，行 10 分钟左右就到道顿堀。我试过买完一轮直接返房放低袋，再落去继续战斗，效率极高。 机场巴士：酒店门口就有直达关西机场嘅利木津巴士，对于回程行李重到爆炸嘅人嚟讲，简直系救命恩人。 2. 房内空间：日本标准嚟讲「算系咁」 宽敞度：喺心斋桥呢种寸金尺土嘅地方，日航嘅房比一般商务酒店大。我住过嘅房可以平开两个 28 寸大行李箱，唔使跳嚟跳去。 景观：建议拣高层面向御堂筋嘅房，夜晚睇住条大街嘅灯饰同人流，嗰种「我喺大阪心脏」嘅感觉好强。 3. 设施与服务：老牌酒店嘅底蕴 服务：服务员非常有礼貌，而且好多前台会讲英文甚至中文，沟通完全无问题。 缺点 (现实面)：酒店毕竟有啲历史，装修同设备明显睇得出「岁月痕迹」。WiFi 有时会慢到令人怀疑人生，同埋冷暖气系中央控制，换季时房内温度可能唔系咁好调校。

  Perfect location, good amenities, and very friendly, helpful lobby team (assisting guests). The only downside was that the AC didn’t work properly on the first night, so the room was a bit cold. It was fixed the next day after I reported it. Another minor issue was some noisy neighbors (adults and kids) from early morning until late at night. Overall though, it was a good stay.

  这酒店巨满意！！！洗澡和卸粧和上厕所都是分开的！！可以和朋友各干各的！！有卸粧的有爽肤水有乳液！！这个喝的水居然还是铝罐的！ 其次airporter送到酒店以后他们直接帮忙放房间里了！晚上去甚至不用去取行李！！超满意！ 附近有地铁！去梅田两站地铁！真的很好！

  Very comfortable stay with a really nice view of Okinawa. Very spacious in comparison to other stays in Japan. Love the amenities and conveniencw of the location of the hotel. Highly recommend to stay when you have a car.

  A beautiful hotel in Okinawa Delicious breakfast. Great services and hospitality. Hotel is a bit of town and need a car to go around. No combini nearby, but there is a small shop on the first floor for your basic needs. Fu French-toast is the best !!

  酒店位置很好，就在故事桥边上，视野很开阔，酒店里麪服务也很热情、周到，还给小朋友送了很多薯片和牛奶，还给大人送了红酒和代金卷。但是设备有点老旧同时早餐不是特别亚洲人口味。虽然设备有些老，但是衞生很好，很乾净。

  ?????? Overall stay at Brisbane Marriott We recently stayed at the Brisbane Marriott ?for my daughters 21st and were genuinely impressed by how lovely the hotel is and how amazing the staff were. The warm, welcoming service started from the moment we arrived at valet parking and continued throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and did their best to assist us. The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable, although we did notice some wear and tear, particularly with the bathroom and bedroom cabinetry which was scratched and broken. The beds also felt quite small for two adults and made sleeping a little squishy. Our biggest concern, however, was the air-conditioning. When we first walked into the room it was set at 18 degrees, which we thought would be perfect—especially with four girls getting ready, expecting a cool room so our makeup wouldn’t melt. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. The room felt like a hot box from the start. The staff were fantastic and came to check and reset the system twice, but by the time we returned at 1am, it was still extremely hot. It was uncomfortable enough that one of our group decided to go home because she couldn’t sleep in the heat. At that hour, there was also no one at the front desk to seek further assistance from. We did mention this at checkout, as we genuinely expected that a well-known, reputable hotel like the Marriott would not have such an issue with air-conditioning. It was disappointing, as everything else—from the service to the overall atmosphere—was lovely. Massive shout out to the male staff member who collected our bags both at arrival and departure (sorry wasn’t able to recall you name) you are a great asset to the hotel!! With improvement to the room cooling, this would have been a fantastic stay. The staff truly are the highlight of the hotel.

  这家其实我挺意外的，定的时候还纠结老酒店会不会不好。完全多虑，乾净，景色好，楼下吃得多，还偶遇了布里斯本河上邮轮party，因为就住了一晚上第二天一早就飞了，所以很满意。

  We truly enjoyed our stay here for 3d2n, overall experience was great, staffs were friendly and very helpful, breakfast variety was good, room was cozy & clean. Got free mini bar & we love all the amenities provided. Only con was no bidet in all the bathroom, but somehow will definitely repeat here.
