Carolina per noi ha rappresentato una sosta di una notte lungo il tragitto tra St. Lucia e il Kruger. La città non offre molto, la guest house è carina e confortevole. La camera è molto grande, il letto è comodo, il bagno grande con acqua calda, set di cortesia e morbidi asciugamani e teli da bagno. Fuori c’è anche un piccolo patio dove potersi rilassare. Come suggerisce il nome, c’è una bella vista su un piccolo lago. La posizione è buona perché non nel centro cittadino, che a mio parere non offre granché e non è particolarmente bello, ma dista un paio di isolati e quindi facilmente raggiungibile. La colazione non era prevista ma all’interno della camera c’è un piccolo angolo bar dotato di macchina per il caffè , bollitore, capsule e bustine di tè biscotti , il necessario per una semplice colazione. We stayed in the Leorie family room, which has two bedrooms and a small sitting area with a TV, small fridge and shower with separate toilet. The location is good, as it is on the outskirts of town, overlooking an open field and dam. The gardens are lovely and the children enjoyed exploring in the cold winter morning and testing the ice on the birdbaths. The host was welcoming, the beds were comfortable and warm (they had electric blankets!)

What a nice cozy place to stay in the old town of Carolina. The onwer is so friendly and always helpful. I really felt the homely feeling. Breafkfasf was great. Warm hospitality and Peacefulness indeed.
