特别满意，非常的干净，又安静，国外回来中转一天一夜，休息的很好，早饭很丰盛孩子也喜欢，餐厅阿姨很热情，楼下超市餐饮很多，作为南方人只能吃个清淡的麻辣烫味道也不错，前台服务特别好，接送机的师傅也特别好，早上五点准时送机，也帮忙拎行李，以后有去新疆了还会选择美居。赞赞赞??

Airport hotel… I had a layover from midnight until 8am… chose this hotel to stay close to the airport…. They had midnight staff working who weren’t really sure how to enter my details in their system as is required by law and local police. Anyway they gave me my key … I went straight to bed and after just 40 min they woke me up to see my passport again… they came to the room took pics of it then I thought it was all ok… 20 min later they’re ringing my room again… I chose to ignore it so they rang again… indispxnnected the phone and then they came knocking on my door telling me I should find another hotel as they were unable to enter my data… at 2:30 am after I told them I have an early flight… I refused and told them to get the police if they need to verify my details… worst service ever.. so would never stay there again nor advice any foreign passport holder to stay there… incompetent and rude to try to send me to another hotel at 2:30 am…

非常满意，必须全5分。
设施：房间宽敞，灯光的布置与控制方便合理，还配了智能马桶。入住期间使用了健身房，跑步机是挺高端的机器。酒店还有洗衣房，利好来旅行的客人。
卫生：没任何问题，很干净。
环境：酒店周边吃饭购物非常方便，楼下的一条街就可以满足需要。距酒店700米有家餐厅叫楼兰秘烤，味道不错，还有表演，生意火爆，推荐尝试。
服务：特别满意，大气的酒店，瓶装水和现磨咖啡畅饮，早餐品种丰富。而且尝试了酒店的免费送机服务，居然是个大商务车，太出乎意料了。下次来乌鲁木齐肯定还首选这家。

晚班机，临时在乌鲁木齐待一晚还是不错的选择，服务还可以，有免费接机，就是商务车舒适性差点，前面的小情侣坐前排还把座椅调得非常靠后，那女生都快调成躺椅了，后排就非常难受，到酒店后窗户是开的，1月份真的有点冷啊，好在淋浴水量大，热水充足，浴袍也非常厚实

其他都挺好 、不过没看到评论区的伴手礼 在新疆一周每个酒店几乎都有收到 另外酒店的送机司机真的是新疆之旅的最难受的结尾

晚上准备睡觉的时候发现窗外有低频的噪音，让人无法睡觉，只能和酒店沟通，好在酒店及时换了房间。
