大床房，免费升级成运河河景房了，房间很好，正好看到运河，景致不错，衞生和设施也都很到位。酒店服务水平很高，延迟退房，宾客服务都很到位。点赞！

来苏州出差三次，都是订在这家希尔顿。
昨天办入住的前台谢经理人很nice，做事认真负责。
酒店整体乾净整洁也很安静，一楼的娃娃很可爱。以後出差会一直来这里入住，是一个不错的体验??

Room is nice and big. Hotel is not located in the city center, however if you plan to go tongli or zhouzhuang ancient city, consider this hotel.
