这次入住非常满意，首先服务特别好，小姐姐们主动帮拿行李，宾至如归的感觉。房间的智能助手小安”超级好用，语音控制灯光、空调、窗帘，科技感拉满，懒人福音！??
房间设计简约大方，干净整洁，没有多馀的装饰，但细节到位，住起来很舒服。
前台服务热情专业，办理入住迅速，还贴心推荐了周边美食，必须给满分！??

服务很棒:前台小姐姐和小哥态度超好没次见到都会主动礼貌的打招呼热情，非常美丽住店期间有任何要求第- -时间回应和帮忙很nice
酒店设施和环境很不错:外部装修很有设计感简约高级苏州古韵满满拍照很不错酒店的服务人员很给酒店加分酒店房间:全自动高科技灯光窗帘可直接语音控制外卖机器人送不需要房卡刷脸就可以开门。

真的给我住爽了！住过最有性价比的一次??酒店环境老好了！楼下就是热闹的观前街，苏州老字号珍珠饭店就在酒店对面，下楼就是呢！旁边是苏州人民商场跟美罗 喜欢逛街的人狂喜了！出巷子就是小吃街 各种苏州特色应有尽有非常好吃好逛 真的特别棒！前台小姐姐会热情的跟我们讲周围的路线和特色馆子，服务超周到呢！服务意识真的超好，下次还来住这家！??

We enjoyed our stay a lot: the room was clean and nicely furnished (the tea set was extremely cute), and the staff was polite and friendly (+provided us with an extra blanket:)

Great service by all the staff!
Great location for food all day long! Also, most scenic places are nearby.
Late night chilling at the roof terrace and lobby is worth it.

Location is right at Guanqian Street. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bed is comfortable and clean. They had 2 pillows and provided complete amenities except for razor, which is good enough for me. Overall, it was fantastic.

New Hotel with voice access room and digital light switches. Hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find and not vehicle friendly as it is within Pedestrian Street area. So have to stroll the luggages for a couple hundreds meters. Great Location close to Pedestrian Street with lots of shoppings and foods neraby.

Good location, but not too noisy. The service is very good and the rooms are modern and new. One thing was strange for me the reception is located on the 6th floor. I have not come across this arrangement before. I highly recommend this place, we will return one day when we are there.
