The facilities were well-equipped, the service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here another tim if I ever visit Suzhou again.

房间非常舒适乾净，工作人员友好亲切。
不仅可以添加管家帮助入住，解答问题。
还可以随时添置各种一次性物品体贴入微。
我们原本行程中只有一份早餐，工作人员为我们多提供了一份。
为了出行方便还为我们办了两张房卡。
有空房时会让我们提前入住。
临走帮忙寄存行李，同时还赠送了苏州特色的扇子。
整段行程非常开心，感谢奇遇派。

前台小哥服务态度超级无敌巨好，老板大大看到给他加奖金哇！！我自己定错房型，小哥帮我换成了我想要的，万分感谢，还送了伴手礼扇子，停车场管理合理，停车方便酒店给了停车券，怒省102,只需付30元。我前一晚住的苏州柏悦，服务态度都不如这！性价比高下次还来

房间布置得很合理，藏在老城区 ，进去别有洞天 ，感觉像是去了小京都 日式风味很重，床铺也很舒服，服务很周到，外地来旅游的话特别推荐 ，游玩了苏州老城区经典，回房间又可以感受京都风情 泡汤解乏一应俱全

这次入住真的非常满意！????
酒店工作人员都很亲切，服务周到又贴心。????
房间又大又美，住得非常舒服。
还有惊喜的是，酒店免费帮我们升级了带露台的房间，超级开心！????
订房时原本只有一人含早餐，酒店贴心地免费提供了另一份早餐，真的非常感激。????
酒店位置也很好，去哪都很方便。
最令人感动的是退房时还收到一份小礼物，一把精致漂亮的刺綉扇子，太喜欢了！????
整个体验温馨又难忘，下次一定还会再来！????

Everything was perfect. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, very friendly staff. Breakfast was Chinese and international. Perfect location very close to the metro and convenience stores. Plenty of goodies and toiletries available. Totally recommend!

A very nice place! Location is awesome. A bit harder to find the hotel, but just ask around and someone will guide you to the elevators, then it's easy. Nice decorations on the hotel floors and spacious rooms. Very quiet at nice, slept very well. Staff was nice as well. Would totally recommend this place!

The staff are very friendly and do their best to accommodate any requests. The location is excellent, situated very close to a subway station entrance. There are also many attractions nearby, such as canal cruises, as well as numerous restaurants within walking distance.

酒店服务热情，卫生干净整洁，房间温馨宽敞，酒店位置优越，楼下就是商场，离地铁站超级近。定的房型还可以泡汤，特别舒适。酒店早饭很丰富。客房清洁人员也很亲切，服务人员也很热情，房间的价格也很实惠，性价比高！得到的一次舒适愉悦的入住体验。
