设施：设施都很新，没有损坏
服务：服务非常到位，提前打电话要求了要没有烟味的房间，入住后很满意，完全没有不好的味道。工号七号的工作人员真的很不错，服务态度热情周到，解决问题很迅速。

超满意的一周入住体验！
连续住了七天，这家酒店完全超出预期，妥妥的“城市避风港”！房间每天清洁得一尘不染，床品柔软亲肤，隔音效果超棒，让我每天都能睡个好觉。设施齐全且维护得很好，高速WiFi、充足热水、智能设备都用得舒心，细节处满是用心。
工作人员态度始终热情周到，从入住时的耐心引导，到日常需求的快速响应，都让人倍感温暖。酒店位置便利，周边餐饮、交通都很方便，早餐种类丰富又美味，每天都有新鲜感。七天住下来毫无不适感，性价比超高，下次来还选这里！

The staffs at front desk are all very nice and helpful, they always try their best to help the guests and provided fantastic services beyond their responsibilities. There is a tall girl at front desk also helped us to take our luggages up and down stairs. We are very appreciated of their services

Good location same line with Suzhou Train station. Besides, it's near with Guanqian Street. 工号小李service also good, will help us brew the coffee. Hotel using Laifen hairdryer, and help us upgrade the room type, much appreciated.

Very good service, all staff are very friendly and welcoming. Convenient location to Guanqian jie, just across the small street. The room is clean & comfortable. They have memory foam pillows & comfortable bed mattress. They provide free coffee & lemon drinks in the lobby.

酒店大厅挺大气，设施也很齐全，大厅有提供柠檬水 酸梅汤咖啡，前台服务都很积极热情，小郭服务也很周到会主动耐心解决问题，酒店有机器人叫外卖也很方便，房间床品很舒适，乳胶枕头很舒服哦，房间配备有小冰箱里面有零食，还有安睡包也都是免费的，投屏也有免费的会员，装修也不错，周边离景点出行都很方便，走路能到，停车场地铁口都很近，整体位置还是不错的，点赞

房间很干净，装修也还不错，房间有小零食安睡包提供很贴心，外卖有机器人可以送，周边出行也很方便，离景点很近，走路能到，停车场也很方便停车，地铁也很近前台小郭服务非常好??
