酒店环境好，客房乾净，进入酒店彷佛到了苏式园林，旁边就是娄门古城墙及护城河，酒店服务也超级好，孩子模拟考试预订了一晚，马上为孩子月底省考果断又下单预约了两晚，周末亲子游或者外地游客如果来苏旅游强烈推荐，拙政园、苏州博物馆离酒店也就两三百米远，真的非常不错。

带着长者来苏州游玩，选择了姑苏区这家有苏式园林特色的酒店，首先感觉就是服务很贴心，前台的工作人员年轻又热情，为长者挑选了一楼最舒适的房间，老母亲很满意我也开心。出去游玩为我们指路更提供了手绘地图，前台和酒店的整体风格都能体现出文创用心了，趣味性观赏性知识性都兼备了，游玩累了可以和前台的小狗猫咪玩耍一会，很是放松。前後两个庭院既有千秋，也有秋千摇椅，植被茂密很有南方园林特色，最美的是有几棵桂花树，满院飘香，坐在树下闻着桂花香品茗真是一种享受。距离拙政园博物馆等景区步行方便，後身还有娄门护城河，早晨起来散步空气很好。

Very convenient location, about 15 min walk to Suzhou museum, Zhuozhengyuan, and Shizilin, plenty of dinning choices nearby as well, place was nice and quiet, staff were super friendly, room was well kept and clean, would recommend

Everything was great. The friendliest staff ever, the room exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend! Again the highlight was the extremely helpful staff taking care of everything from A to Z and wanting to have everything ready for us. Thanks again for the wonderful stay :)

Convenient and clean. Maintains the old charm of SuZhou. Love the restaurant right behind the hotel. Definitely a recommend.
