非常有特色的酒店，在潘祖荫故居里，闹中取静。早上醒来，小院子走走，能感受到几百年前生活的状态，不可多得。服务员服务也很好，提前联系并告知到达方式，并且还提前等在路口帮忙拿行李。值得再次入住。

酒店本身就是一间苏州古宅庭园 相当不错 地理位置优越 就在苏州古街景区内 高於期望的惊喜 最令人满意的是服务 尤其是来接我们的一位前台小哥哥 非常有礼貌且热情细心 入住的两日每次见到他都带着很甜的笑容 本来只打算停一晚 因为这样的环境和服务又续住了一日
惟一缺点是房间的多媒体选择好少 只有国内电视台 如果能有些有线电视或电影选择就好了

Amazing location right in the middle of the Watertown, nevertheless very quiet. Beautiful hotel area including a relaxing garden. Caring and helpful staff.

This place is amazing. What you may not notice from the pictures online are that there are several courtyards.. with huge flowering magnolias and osmanthus, plus two courtyard gardens. It’s a beautiful space to walk through. It’s located just a short walk from pingjiang street and many gardens. The staff is very helpful and the room clean and stately.

BEST HOTEL STAY EVER. the whole hotel is extremely beautiful with modern & traditional fusion design. the rooms are gorgeous. the service is impeccable; everything was fuss free and very efficient, i never met such helpful and cheery staff before. i been to many hotels but i got to say this is one of my top favorite. location is good with many popular local and tourist shopping district nearby. rooms are decorated very nice. thank you blossom hill, it was a memorable stay

Excellent location. 5 minutes to Ping Jiang Lu, which is always full of action and decent restaurants.
The staff are young but very helpful.
We ran into a wedding at the hotel and took a few pictures for our memory.
It is a very old building but nonetheless well kept. We chose it for the tasteful decor, as opposed to the modern hotels.

闹中取静，很有调调的酒店，去平江路、苏博都可以步行，周边吃饭也很方便，服务非常到位，我很喜欢。唯一不方便的就是因为在巷子里所以出租车无法直接到门口。

从去年十一在北京入住花间堂酒店後，就开始因为酒店的服务理念和酒店人员的贴心服务喜欢上花间堂这个品牌。苏州之旅也因为酒店的贴心照顾，让孩子们都十分开心，回到家还念念不忘酒店大堂後的荷花池和酒店的mini吧，想要去喂小鱼。酒店的设施因为是文物古蹟，稍有老旧，有问题工作人员都会积极处理解决，总体来説都很满意。以後出行会继续选择入住。

原来只是想定个环境不错位置又好的酒店，没想到这间花间堂是潘祖荫故居，本身就可以説是个小园林，发给朋友夹在园林里面让他们猜还猜错了。
因为是宅子改造，外卖、入住的行李都是前台帮送的，但是都特别快，基本外卖员刚打电话一分钟就出现了，还有就是客房服务响应的也是特别快，基本就是发完就马上过来的速度。忘了东西也帮邮寄。
其他评论説的噪音问题，我是住在算中间位置吧，前後都还是酒店范围而且酒店其实不小的，酒店外的噪音是一点都没有，但是其他住客在外面聊天确实听的很明显。不过我入住期间人比较少，其他人聊天也就九点多有声音，十点差不多都全部静下来了。酒店好多都是园林同款哈哈哈哈，窗子、房梁和几个园子都是同款。
