房间不错，非常乾净，没有一点异味，环境好，位置幽静，距离虎丘和寒山寺很近，我步行去游玩的，都是大概20-30分钟到达，早餐也很丰盛，西餐、中餐都有，离开时候前台小哥哥还送了小礼物，非常贴心，总之是一家宝藏酒店，下次有机会还住这里。

没有拍酒店照片，可以参考商家图，酒店环境和宣传图片一模一样，大浴缸玩完回来泡澡睡觉很舒服，酒店的停车也很方便，十一价格很实在，比起附近酒店没有虚高夸张。本担心18年装修设施会老旧，一点都没有 依旧很新很好，酒店负责人保养的很好
酒店准备的东西很丰富，泡澡有海盐 一次性垫 还准备了刮胡刀，细节加分。茶叶也是本地特色碧螺春，以及小冰箱的饮料免费和八瓶矿泉水给我的震惊，住酒店不用买水了。
赶巧退房日是生日，退房前台小姐姐祝生日快乐，很惊喜（≧?≦）/?? 退房还有小礼物，这个价位很值。
积分可以提前入住?延迟退房 这点很 nice，适合我这种睡懒觉的习惯 不用匆匆忙忙退房收拾

挺好的 电梯要刷卡 外卖不上楼 机器人送餐 安全有保障 很好 八月住的酒店 现在突然想起来评价一下 主要是来苏州看比赛的 挺好的 环境也挺好的 一两个人住绰绰有余空间挺大的 好像柜子那边配了个冰箱 桌子底下应该是个扫地机器人哈哈 挺高级的 地铁也挺方便的 给你们看看我看比赛的照片吧 哈哈 放不下那麽多啦 第二天玩了一天 第三天回去的 游玩路线可以参考一下 打车去西园寺 吃了一碗素麪 司机师傅还挺好的 定位的门没开 送我去另一个门进去的 逛完以後走到留园 对面有衞生间 挺好 打车去了苏博西馆 在那里吃了点饭 可老贵了 尽量别在那里吃 不能带食物和水进入哦 然後坐地铁去了怡园 很多拍古风照片的 人少 旁边有个蜜雪冰城 又坐地铁去了拙政园 卡着最後一个时间点 人挺多的也 估计是人最多的园区吧 在往回走去了苏博 约的最後一个时间点 夏天的时候正好太阳微微落下 夕阳很美 也不热八月中旬 逛完坐地铁回酒店了

The reviews are good, but as for my friend and I we never got to check in at the hotel. We had a very tight schedule so we moved elsewhere. But the hotel seems to be nice.

The hotel itself is so nice! Love the atmosphere and decor, and the staff are absolutely lovely. Honestly my only ‘complaint’ is the location, but it was pretty close to the train station so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, a great place if you want to stay in a quieter location in Suzhou!

I had a very great stay here at Cendre Hotel and I highly recommend others coming to Suzhou to stay here! Staff attitude was very accommodating, the hotel had a very nice design that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Room was very clean and a great size. Hotel is close to the scenic and tourist areas in the old historical part of the city.

Excellent experience, was given an upgraded room and it was amazing, everything is handled exquisitely well. Even communication could have been problematic due to a language gap, but the staff were patient and very welcoming. Extremely clean, careful and well thought out

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this is my favorite. The room was clean, spacious, well designed, and had everything a traveler might need. The staff, both at the hotel and restaurant, were kind and a joy to interact with despite my limited speaking abilities. It has been over a month since my stay- I still think of this hotel. I highly recommend it

Pros: Excellent hotel. Value for money. Great service. Walking distance to Tiger Hill. Across the street there is a nice restaurant, Xiang Shi. There is a Buddhist temple nearby.
Con: No cafe or mall within walking distance but hotel had free nice coffee by machine.

The room was nice and clean, it gave us a very comfortable atmostphere. I love the hotel style: minimalist, convenient. The food was great, fresh and delicious. Hotel staff were nice, although we couldn't speak Chinese, they always found the way to help us.
Someone may argue that the hotel is far from the center of the city, which can be a downside, but from my perspective, that was good. Quiet neighborhood, fresh air, etc.
