Our trip to Suzhou was way more memorable thanks to this amazing accommodation! Our big family from the youngests to the oldests were very impressed by how spacious and beautiful this house is. All of us were upgraded to bigger rooms than the ones we booked, some even had private courtyard/ corridor and each room was given such a beautiful name "Looking at the rain", "Waiting for the moon", "The faraway scent"... This ancient house has beautiful features that were elegantly preserved while modern touches such as huge screen TV, smart toilette, and good lighting system make it more relevant and convenient. There's a lot of info on this house's long history displayed around - one more reason to admire it. What a good example of preserving and embracing cultural values! Eventhough there was a significant language barrier, thr staffs were really really generous, supportive, warm, and lovely just like the big breakfast meals they prepared for us every day. We hardly find any reason not to choose this place again the next time we come back to Suzhou!

小院靠近拙政园平江路，环境幽静别致，客房整洁优雅，服务热情周到。叫车非常方便，送完客人去拙政园的滴滴车就在前面100米等着，一叫就到。

Uno degli hotel più belli in cui sia mai stata, con un prezzo veramente accessibile e dei plus non indifferenti.
La location non poteva essere migliore: per arrivare al Suzhou Museum e all’Humble Administrator Garden sono 7 minuti a piedi, per Pingjianlu una decina e poco più.
L’hotel in sè è meraviglioso: pulito, ricco di storia, con tutti i comfort e uno staff gentilissimo che si fa capire con le app di traduzione. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli anche dopo il check-in e aiutato a portarli in camera e fuori anche se non lo abbiamo chiesto.
Lo consiglierò a tutt?!

它距离拙政园和苏州博物馆步行约十分钟,基本上硬件可以,但因古宅活化所以没有电梯,热水要流约几分钟才有,服务员态度热情

房间整洁乾净，环境优美。仔细看了门口的牌匾，原来还是名人古宅。而且离景区也很近，累了也随时回去休息。还送苏州古运河游船票。管家鹏鹏、佳颖、嘉怡和小曹人都超赞，阿姨也都笑意盈盈的

第一晚上标间很差，房子很小只够两个床，行李都摆不开，面积一半都是露台，要不行把露台改造一下给到房间可能好些，衞生间反味严重，没有门档一下味道，墙皮也感觉很旧，一晚上没睡好，服务还不错，跟管家説了，给第二天换成loft，里面智能马桶，设施好了很多，但是床单看着乾净，睡得时候一抖也很多灰，像是很久没人住过，浴巾也发黄，也不好意思再麻烦管家来换床单。希望这点能提高，院子倒是很苏州园林情调，只是标间500太贵了，这环境200都多，和一些评价説的，除了离得近没优点。
loft清风房还是值得一试，整体看着乾净，很新，只是还是异味，本来想订W hotel。就为了体验园林感选的这种民宿，1200的非周末非节假日价格略高，loft空间还是不错。可以睡4-5个人。希望酒店能改进衞生和设施，标间好好收拾一下，不要拉低loft档次，这样整体都会上去。

The location of the hotel Is great, unfortunately the room was not cleaned well. Breakfast was disappointing. All in all it's an ok establishment, but given the high price it cannot get a good rating. Not worth the price, pictures online are creating false expectations.

This minsu really still keeping the old building. Cleanliness are good, and especially the staffs, very very very good service and friendly. I would like to applaus for all of the staffs including cleaners. The cleaner even cooked us noodle during typhoon day without charging us any extra fees because we couldnt go out to get food and the food delivery also stopped because of the typhoon strikes. Everyone there are really nice and great! Big round of applaus!

服务非常棒，能主动提供帮助！位置距离热门景点很近，很方便出行！早餐也很丰富多元！还有可爱的猫猫一百五！
已经和亲朋好友推荐了，希望下次来苏州还能住这！
