I LOVED my stay at this hotel, they were gracious enough to give us enough space (huge room) and given us 3 breakfast vouchers since we were 3 people, they let us 3 stay in one room even though it was booked for 2, also the windows were re-enforced so that there is sufficient sound isolation. I would stay here again, location was great and close to alot of different tourist destinations.

Hotel is located beside the river of Pingjiang road. Very beautiful scenery. I accidentally booked 2 different rooms and they gave me free upgrade to river-view room. Even though it’s located in tourist area, the room has good sound isolation so it’s not noisy. I will stay in this hotel again if I come back to visit Suzhou in the future!

酒店太棒啦，酒店人员的服务也一级棒，还给我们免费升级到临河大床房。酒店在平江路里，一出来就可以逛街，简直太方便了。房间装潢很美，古色古香，住在里面好像民国千金一般～

房间特别乾净，很满意，住的也很舒服，这个价位的已经很不错了。主要是位置特别好，就在平江路景点里边，出门还有评弹，距离拙政园景点也不远，附近还有一个地铁口，出行也方便，很推荐，不是拖。

艺漫酒店这情绪价值简直拉满！准备了欢迎水果、零食和酸奶。我是看中了民国风就立马拍板订了，门口牌示很小，没想到进去别有一番天地！插卡给电之後窗帘和窗纱是自动打开的，屋子和床特别乾净。有便後清洗功能的智能坐便器，厕所和浴室是乾湿分离的。桌上有茶叶，连洗手液都是英国的。窗子可以打开，虽然没订江景房，但是相当满意，不临江的一边更安静，想欣赏江边景色出门就是。以後来苏州还订艺漫，老客户还会有优惠呢。

The hotel looks just as how it is described! It's modern, clean and very nicely located in the Pingjian street! Be aware that if you come by taxi you do need to walk 5-10 min, because cars are not allowed in the street. The area is very beautiful and just 1 stairs down from the hotel is already the main street. Be aware that if you can't handle some noise, then don't book a room facing the water. We didn't mind, so for us it was great! The room is really clean and the hotel is in an old suzhou style building. Loved the environment and the service during check-in was also really good. The guy even carried our bag to the 1st floor. Would really recommend this place!

Location is right in the middle of the shopping district which is good. However it is a distance away (maybe 3-4mins walk) from the street where the cab can drop passengers. Room is good, and right beside a 琵琶语art house.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the famous tourist street, full of food and handcrafts! We loved the room’s decorations and the conditions of it. Spacious rooms and comfy beds as well. Everything was perfect except the check-in, the are slow because still use the old way, need to input all the information in their system.

Good services, good location, and there’s outdoor seating to relax. Definitely recommended for those who travel with less baggage because you will need to walk to the hotel.
