前台热情周到，办理入住效率高，还告知了晚上停车从哪里进入比较方便。复式房的厅空间比较宽敞，有两个卧室，布局合理，但是其中一个卧室有点小。酒店位于绿宝广场内，楼下就是购物、餐饮，非常便利。复式房间性价比还是比较高的。

一直是值得信赖的品牌。办理入住和退房都很快，电梯门一直是开着的，方便客人进出。房间的格局如果在十几二十年前算是酒店式公寓顶流了，如今各方面呈现老化的状态，但总体入住感受还是不错的，价格方面也很合适，希望后期能重新装修改善一下。

This was our first time in Suzhou and we had heard a lot about Somerset through reviews and knew we would have a great time here.
Our room was upgraded, but there was an initial challenge around an additional bed, which they got it resolved in some time.
The front desk is helpful and speaks and understands some English. We found Adrianna, another colleague of hers and Kenneth very efficient and helpful with our requests.
Coco, was very helpful at the restaurant guiding us through where to find vegetarian options during our breakfast. Rooms have the amenities you would need when you come with a family.
You can't go wrong with this one!
Overall, the kids enjoyed the stay and the location is decent.

We are a family of four, booked two rooms and got upgraded to 2 suites. Great service, very helpful staff. Rooms were clean with complete facilities. We will definitely be back.

It really feel like home, this is the best hotel out of the four hotels I stay in the trip. It is value for money for this price, access to shopping, eating & place of attraction is also easy. This will be my only choice now whenever I come to Suzhou again.

一直都住雅诗阁的公寓
房间和服务一直都很棒
地理位置优越 连着绿宝商场 吃饭看电影都很方便
地下也有很多停车位

17年因为工作原因来住过盛捷绿宝，后来在苏州住过万豪香格里拉希尔顿，这次和爸妈出游又想到了盛捷。不负所望，温馨干净，服务热心，位置便利，设施完善，前台小陈小许让老人如沐春风，一切恰到好处。
特别要表扬的是！在我们退房之后，我们去车库取车，听到车内有猫叫，门把手上还插了好心人提醒的字条。
虽然已经退了房，我还是返回酒店前台去寻求帮助，前台的姑娘立刻联系保安。安保的侯师傅和冯经理拿了各种工具，想了各种办法，大冬天忙出了一身的汗，花了半个小时，我们终于把小猫从引擎的缝隙里救了出来。这样的善举和帮助，我在这里深深地表示感谢🙏
