房间属于酒店式公寓类型！里面设施倒是非常齐全，周边生活设施也很全，便利店有三家，吃饭的地方也有！绍兴当地那些共享电动自行车让我印象深刻，马路上很多出行很方便，价格便宜！但是该酒店缺点也很明显，我住在靠高铁的一面，説实话还是挺吵的，但是过了十一点以后就没有高铁了，会好很多，建议有长者或者睡眠早的不要住在靠高铁一面！还有一点让人吐槽，我住的楼下正对商业广场，晚上竟然有人在广场唱卡拉OK，露天的那种，每晚都有，周末会唱到快晚上十一点，让人没法休息，这点希望酒店想想办法，出差工作一天，晚上休息不好还是很让人抓狂的！

这次入住绍兴馨乐庭柯桥酒店的体验非常棒！附近就是商场，吃喝玩乐都很方便。房间是简洁的欧式设计，厨房和洗衣机等设施一应俱全。另外要表扬的是前台Lina小姐姐，服务热情又周到，让人感觉特别温暖。这次入住体验整体性价比很高，无论是出差还是旅游都很合适。特别感谢Lina的专业服务，下次来绍兴还会选择这里。

Clean and big room, has all the proper amenities including washing machine. Decent spread at breakfast. Convenient and close to Wanda Mall for food and shopping if needed.

来绍兴出差的首选，酒店衞生乾净，床品舒服，早餐还算过得去，前台服务也不错，周边吃的东西也不少，就在宝龙广场边上，值得推荐！

It was a very pleasant stay, the apartments have everything that comes with all amenities that could be needed in a trip, I suggest staying here for a long period of time, especially for business trips.
Apartments come with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, and a few steps away the are shops and restaurants, so it is better to eat outside than taking the hotel breakfast, even tho, the breakfast fast in the hotel is very good, food is well prepared and there is good variety, especially fruits I loved the dragon fruits.

The hotel helped to collect all my parcels. All are good, except that I am unable to make full payment and only can put a deposit, then when I reach they collected another deposit.

I've stayed in Citadines in France before.
But it was first time staying this hotel in China.
Except there were no stove and cooking tools, other things were great as expected.
I especially loved the strong shower and was impressed by the staff named Herman who was very kind to call a taxi for me.
I'll definately stay here again.
