  酒店的环境还是不错的，没有异味，房间的隔音差了一些，交通很便利，还有就是装修的风格也不错，挺有特色，离南京路很近

  第二次入住了，酒店位置绝佳，价格也很划算，服务各方面都非常nice，帮我升级了房型，马桶是带加热的，对于冬天来説非常必要，而且门卡不小心弄丢了，前台也主动説不用赔了，下次到上海还会选择万澳，去南京路首选

  非常乾净，隔音效果也好，前台服务好各方面都很好，强烈推荐，地理位置很好，周边很繁华，距离外滩很近，整体还是非常不错

  陪小孩看音乐剧，第一次订铂金万澳，剧院就在边上不远，酒店服务很好，酒店位置也很方便，下次还会考虑入住

  位置很好，下楼过马路就是南京路，超级方便，房间算比较大的，附近酒店都很小，装修稍微老些

  Had a very pleasant stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern and cozy design. The bed was comfortable, and the overall layout felt thoughtfully planned, making it easy to relax after a long day. The working desk area was neat and functional, with complimentary water, coffee/tea setup, and sufficient power points. The bathroom was especially impressive—very clean, well-lit, and nicely designed, with good water pressure in the shower. Location-wise, the hotel is convenient and accessible. A big plus is that the staff provided an extra fan upon request, and they also allow Taobao deliveries to be sent directly to the hotel, which is extremely convenient for travelers. Overall, great comfort, cleanliness, and practicality. Highly recommended.

  下水坏了按不动也不怎么下水，地毯看着脏兮兮，房间好小，楼里面人好多好杂好像民俗一样，这个价格非常不值，就占个地方好卖高价吧！对了，还不提供早餐，打电话的回覆是，地方太小没地方设定餐厅

  地理位置优越，去南京路非常方便，周围购物商场等配套设施齐全，楼下饮食店多且不贵，适合单独及家人入住，下次到上海还会优先考虑，服务态度好ANNA对待客人热情周到。
