My stay at the Royal Hotel was excellent. The highlight was the complimentary shuttle bus to Osaka city, which ran every 15 minutes and made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel's location is also great, with a 7-Eleven and restaurants right downstairs on B1 – perfect for snacks and meals. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Osaka.

非常喜欢的酒店。
感谢酒店给了我一个景观非常好的房间。
虽然离地铁站有点距离，但是酒店班车出行每15分钟一班非常方便。
中之岛是个美好的地方，还会再来??

升级套房，面积之大在日本实属难得，老牌五星酒店，有免费班车前往市区，紧临地铁站，酒店前有河，景色还不错。如果走7-8百米，有不少美食，尤其是有家大阪排名弟二的麪馆，味道极佳，回味无穷。

这次与前台沟通一下，说明我们是第二次入住。前台服务员给了13楼的一个房间，可以看到外面的风景，非常好。说明一下，需要给前台的人员提一下建议，尽管沟通上有一些障碍，但总体上，前台的英语和专业还是可以的。

酒店去环球影城shuttle bus是提前在email里预约的 顺利出行 但是来往梅田站的shuttle bus排队人多得可怕 最后都是Uber/Taxi解决??
酒店房间能同时开23+28寸行李箱 整体卫生环境不错 工作人员都很nice
西栋的自助早餐不错 酒店里面的面包店也很好吃 图三那个大包除外 很香但外壳太硬 咬不动??

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, with a river bank right in front. One can take a stroll along the river bank in the morning or evening which is very nice.
The best thing is that the hotel provides free shuttle bus service to JR Osaka station every 15 minutes, which is very convenient for us who loves to dine and shop in the area.
The room is very big and clean. Staff are very friendly. Definitely will come back again.

Hair in bathtub, and driver didn’t help with the luggage when I am with two young kids.

酒店整体很像样，房间有三个床，空间很大，打开两个大箱子没有问题。非常好的一点是每15分钟有一趟免费班车去大坂站，很好弥补了不在市区的不足。唯一遗憾的是卫生间不是干湿分离的两个独立空间，但是性价比不错。

房间蛮小的，但洲际集团该配置的设备都很齐全，麻雀虽小五脏俱全
有去USJ的酒店大巴，当天只有07：30一班车，我们提前邮件预约了，很棒回覆很快，预订了车位，当天八点多就入园了，很棒的体验
从梅田大坂站去往酒店的shuttle bus站台不容易找到，建议酒店配个视频路线导览，客人体验会更佳
唯一不足是卫生间消毒水味太重了，希望能注意
