Excellent location within the ancient city. Near to many attractions area and they are within walking distant which is excellent for me.
The hotel also provided free pick up from the airport which was excellent for me as I travel solo and I arrived at night. It also has self service laundry available and was excellent for me as I travel light. Inside the room I am impressed by the water dispersal machine. Unlike many hotels that provided a kettle for boiling water, they have the water dispersal machine that can boil water. This is very clean and hygienic and I love it.
Most important is the service. It is Excellent ! On day 1 of booking, the boss immediately get in touch with me to check on my availability for pickup at the airport. She also connected me immediately in wechat so that I have any questions I could refer to her before my trip.
The boss is super friendly and genuine and has very good attitudes. On day 2 of my stay, I lost my way back to the hotel, she immediately sent someone to fetch me back. For days that I travelled on day trips, she accompanied me to the waiting spot to ensure I am not left behind
I like the staff of the hotel too. They treat me like their friend. They are friendly and helpful. One of the day after my trip and I had yet to take dinner, the staff heated up a bowl of porridge and 2 eggs for me. I was so touched by their care for me.
They are super friendly and helpful and I feel very relax and at home. In fact, after my stay, I came back again after a 3D2N tour in shangri-la. I stayed another few days before my departure to kunming.
I highly recommend this place and will certainly come back again.

特别满意的居住体验！客栈在古城外围一点点，走过去大概十分钟，晚上绝不会吵，距离忠义市场也只有几百米，是心中理想的地理位置。其实周围有很多客栈，外面看上去都很漂亮，古典建筑配上鲜花，真的很吸引人，但是网上看的时候一定要注重内部环境，我就是选择了许久决定这家的，结果没有让我失望。内部装修很新，不是看起来是很新，是真的很新，哪里都很干净，加湿器，饮水机这些配置应该大部分客栈都没有。初到客栈，阿姨给给端来了热的鲜花饼和水果，在特产店也没吃过热乎的鲜花饼，太感动了。然后我们续住了两天，老板娘说连续住三天免费送机场，又赶上了，晚上九点的飞机，第三天还让我们待到六点钟，真的很棒的体验，如果下次有机会再来，我就不用费心挑客栈了。可能是淡季，我们单间只要150，性价比超高噢??

房东姐姐特别特别热情 民俗坏境古色古香 床也很舒服 整体环境优美 入住酒店去机场都有民俗司机接送 小姐姐还来古城路口帮忙拖行李 临走的时候还送了两盒鲜花饼
很舒适的入住体验 在装修风格上细致入微 很打动人心
住丽江古城里游玩十分方便 逛累了也方便随时回民俗休息 远离城市喧嚣 尽情享受古城慢生活

非常完美的旅行，客栈位置就在古城入口处不远，因为是石板路，拖行李不太方便，店家还提供出口接送服务，非常贴心。客栈古色古香，设计得很温暖，全天有暖气，太赞了！早餐也非常好吃，种类丰富！天井可以围炉，好赞????

推荐丽景林苑客栈：环境优美，人性化的配套设施一流，且不另外收费比如洗衣机+烘干机，房间内的饮用水都是农夫山泉，加湿器可以根据房间的大小调控合适的湿度，也不怕干燥，洗发水沐浴露护发素等都是自然堂的牌子，出发前会根据你的时间，提示当地温度，需要如何添减衣物等等，服务力满分。太多了写不完，往后来丽江就选他了，也会推荐给朋友，可以少吃亏！

体验很好，房间做的很漂亮，还有一台留声机，一套焚香，转椅坐着舒服，晚上很安静。院子里不仅有洗衣机洗衣液那些，还有烘干机，房间里的饮水机能调节水温，立马就能喝上热水。小孩喜欢跑到大厅里玩，有个积木桌，老板有耐心，很热情，一起喝着咖啡聊聊天，还特意问了我们出发时间，安排早餐，和送我们出古城。下次还选择你们家。

Initially they got our room booking mixed up but they were professional enough to upgrade our room for one night. Much appreciated.
