Very lovely hotel, rooms are big and comfortable and breakfast was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Well recommended for travellers.

房间有书桌，很是喜欢，不像经济型酒店，房间设施老派经典，地毯也软和，算干净，大沙发很舒服，床品尚可，希望住高层，前台也给照顾了，景观不错。就是闹铃可能是前面客人设定的，到6点多大闹。。。，床头灯的旋钮有一个坏了，不好使，建议修理一下。书桌旁的有一个插座没有电，应该也是坏了，请修理一下。酒店旁的福照楼就餐不错，推荐。

位置交通：昆明锦江大酒店的地理位置实在是太好了！就在昆明站北边几百米几分钟左右的步行范围内！
性价比：最近我特别喜欢住这种老牌的星级酒店[机智]因为这些老牌的星级酒店设施相对老旧，所以相对价格也会便宜一些，性价比会非常高[鼓掌]
餐厅：有几个餐厅，其中福照楼只是用了酒店的地方，不是酒店自营的。酒店的上海厅是酒店自营的。
早餐：如果住时尚楼的话的确早餐需要坐三次电梯，但如果住的是商务楼的话，只需要坐到20楼再换个小电梯就能到旋转餐厅[胜利]电梯也比较好等，个人觉得不算麻烦[OK]
服务：到底是星级酒店，整个服务管理也比较规范，也会有工作人员提前电话确认入住需求，鲜花饼也是入住和离店的时候都大方的送了[亲亲]

The location of the hotel is near Kunming Station for High Speed Rail. The hotel is old, and the cleanliness can be improved. The room has second-hand cigarette smells, which made the stay not as comfortable. Air conditioning also not working well.

We checked at 4am in the morning as we caught the red eye flight and were able to check in easily. Short stay but the hotel was great as it was close to the Kunming train station - less than 5 minutes walk. There were also other eateries nearby for our breakfast before our train to Dali

Location is good. Walking distant train station. Within min Didi to some of the places of interest. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The water flow control dropped out and the water couldn’t be controlled. CB
The cistern at the toilet bowl also malfunctioned. Cannot flush. Needed to try many many times before it somehow started working again.

The bed was too firm, we had difficulty to sleep on the firm bed. Location was good. Breakfast was average.

Great location, 10mins taxi ride to Dragon Gate Arch and downtown shopping area. Walking distance to Kunming Railway Station. Rooms are big and clean. We were surprised to receive white fungus and goji berry desserts and fruits in the evening.
