我们一大早的火车抵达酒店，大堂经理Anna就主动为我们安排了房间提前休息。因为是亲子游，Anna不仅贴心帮我们升级了房间，还准备了小朋友的伴手礼和冰淇淋。
更惊喜的是，房间里早已备好了可爱的小童洗漱套装。每一个细节都让我们感到温暖。
出发去酒店前Anna还帮我安排送机，为西北之行画上了最圆满的句号。

本次来敦煌住在喜来登各方面都很舒心，公共区域休息的地方布置很用心，房间衞生乾净整洁，工作人员都很友好，床很舒适，睡觉时也没有灯光或者
声音干扰。特别感谢安娜的帮助，在续住和房间服务安排方面都很周到及时，很舒心，非常感谢。

酒店服务，环境，安静程度，还安排接机，都太棒啦！特别感谢大堂经理Anna十分热情细心周到，帮我安排枕头，水果，早餐，洗衣等。酒店早餐丰富，餐厅也好吃，大堂明亮也漂亮，屋里还贴心摆了蓝牙音响+闹钟，放放音乐很舒服。对Anna的贴心服务印象深刻，真正做到了宾至如归，下次来敦煌期待再相会

The hotel was well located and new. However the hotel cleaning was pretty poor as was the cleaning of the room. The breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Great hotel for a stay in Dunhuang. Very close to the scenic spots like Mingsha Mountain (dune), Crescent Lake (oasis) and the Mogao Grottos.

This hotel is too new hence their service is not so great. Very slow. We order few glasses of coffee and 1 sandwich, took them 1 hour to bring everything out. I won't be staying this hotel unless 2-3 years later.
