环境：环境也不错，窗户外面可见秦王宫，酒店离 秦王宫，清明上河图，梦幻谷都不远
服务：服务周到又全面，员工都和蔼可亲， 一楼电梯口都有温馨提示并放置矿泉水，让客人随时都可以享用

Stayed in this hotel again after the combo tickets ended. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Could see Qinwang Palace and Dream Valley from the room. The non-smoking room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and had many varieties including some western food. Unlimited water bottles for guests. I also tried their free suan-mei soup which was very tasty. Laundry facility included a washer, a washer/dryer combo and space for hanging dry clothes. It took about 3 hours to dry clothes in the dryer.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The reception staff was friendly and went the extra mile. My ******* app had a slight issue, and staff member 小阳 went above and beyond to assist. He’s a great asset to the company. Staff member Ms. 郑 also helped my daughter look for her anime items. We love this hotel so much and will definitely come back. The rooms are clean and spacious. Thank you so much!

The highlight is that the Hotel is very close to Qinwanggong in walkable distance
They also provide beautiful Hanfu for free.
The room is spatial. Beds are comfortable.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.
I would definitely come back again.

The room was very spacious for 3 pax our room was at the highest floor could observe whether its raining or not for those who wants to sleep in longer in the morning could manually close the window
Hotel staff are friendly
Hotel breakfast was soso not much selection
Location was really near to 秦皇宫 tourist spot nearby theres alot of restaurants and there will be a lawson opening soon
Overall would say that if i am going back to 横店 i wouldnt mind staying here again

Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful by providing us information even prior to asking them. The location is prefer as it is near to 2 popular tourist attraction. It is definitely worth a revisit.

到达酒店前台小姐姐热情送上茶水还有景点演出时间表，升级了一间大床房正好跟父母住左右，房间很干净，洗澡水非常大很舒服，电梯口都有免费矿泉水让客人饮用，早餐丰富，酒店地理位置好离秦王宫梦幻谷很近，周边有很多小饭店。退房的时候前台美女小茹还询问了对酒店服务是否满意，贴心送上小礼物，感谢酒店对顾客的热情服务，非常满意的入住体验，下次来还住这里
