房间很优秀，开门见海，迎客点心很精致，接送也很周到，小哥等到夜里11点多。每天还有银耳雪梨汤。床品和电器也有品质。早点很精美实惠，离店还有伴手礼。摄影师小凤很温柔耐心，点赞！

我非常少做评价的 别的民宿或其他订单消费完都会以小礼品要好评的 但是这次住的民宿由开始到离开都是以服务来行动证明他们的价格是物超所值的 没有要过好评 民宿环境很好 拍照很好看 非常非常喜欢 很乾净 服务非常到位 小哥哥小姐姐们非常亲切 真实点评

无心民宿真的不错，贴心！服务态度很好，服务很好！一出露台就能看海景山景！房间大小适中！就是洗手间有点窄！其他都很好！

Love this cosy hotel. Staff are very friendly and nice. Our hired car need to stop outside the old town and we need to walk a short distance to the hotel. My mom can’t walk far and the staff fetch her and our luggages to the hotel on their motorbike. We had a pleasant stay.

Very please with their warm and sincere services. Note that large vehicle cannot acess into the alley. Inform them and they will help pull all your luggages to their place. They are one of the few that have ground floor balcony which is zero meter away to the lake. Was surprised when they cooperate with local photographer which will give away 3 free softcopy portrait photos of us. If we want more, extra will be ￥20 each onward. Their rooftop have place with traditional costumes and mirror to spice up your photos. They also have smart toilet bowl which will keep your butt warm. ;) If you intend to go lijiang afterward, recommend is to inform the receptionist to help you book share-transport so you don't have to waste time going to railway station or airport. They will travel by expressway which have great scenery.

Amazing stay and definitely worth the price paid. Hotel provided pick up service (just have to liaise via WeChat) which was very smooth. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Afternoon tea consisting of cakes, nuts and choice of drink (mine was matcha latte) and a bedtime dessert of white funguses were provided which were of decent quality. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. View of the lake was amazing and I could even see the fireworks that seems to occur every night at Shuanglang area. Everything was pleasant and I cannot wait to return again. Highly recommend!

酒店服务很好，管家早一天还提醒打车到达的位置，帮助我们拿行里到酒店。房间对住海边，景观很美，临走的时候，还送了一盒花饼。

房间太棒了，阳台脚底下就是洱海，在房间可以喂海鸥，有美味的下午茶，还有晚安甜汤很好喝，服务真的无与伦比，都是帮忙搬行李到酒店，他们太辛苦了，早餐也很好，感谢你们酒店每一个工作人员
