The service was superb, they helped to carry our luggage to our room and bring us to the nearby restaurant ??. The room is very spacious and clean and breakfast ?? was great ??

We had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights. The hotel staff were so helpful with helping us find good drivers for day trips and our transit to Shangrila and at very reasonable prices. The location was great as it was a short Didi ride from Shuanglang ancient town with lots of shops and eateries. Our kids loved the resident dog ‘18’. On our last day, we had a great time having lunch and afternoon tea on the rooftop with a prime view of Erhai lake.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff are attentive and goes the extra mile for guests. Breakfast was great and could be sent up to the room. They have clean rooms and it comes with a great view of the lake! Bonus points for having a dog (十八） and two cats!!

Hotel location is far from ancient city . Courtyard view is disappointing.

Hotel shows age of use though claims to be new. Bathroom has a terrible smell that makes people feel sick. Mediocre at best.

It's over priced, and the hotel does not have any restaurants and only can provide breakfast. There's no facilities, no Seaview room even though we booked the family room where it says Seaview and balcony

Hotel staff is amazing! They were in touch before my arrival, checking in on my ETA. The moment we stepped out of the car, the staff came running out to help with our luggage. They helped us carry up the luggage as there is no lift. Room is clean and with sea view. There was a little issue with water flowing out of the bathroom and they attended to it straight away. The following day, they change another room for us.
Overall experience is great and will recommend travellers to try out this hotel. A big shout out to the service staff!

Traveling to ErHai DaLi must stay hotel !!! Best locations ! New and clean, hotel customers service are excellent ! Staffs are friendly, caring and warm ! Breakfast, afternoon tea snacks! Woke up in bed can see the ocean! Wonderful Relaxing stay experience !definitely will return and strongly recommend!!! Awesome for couple stay as well ! Love it ! ??????
