Friendly and convenient hotel. Able to walk around the Dali Santorini area from the hotel. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Quick response to questions via WeChat group chat with the staff. Breakfast has 2 options - Chinese style with rice noodles or Western style with spaghetti. Both are very delicious. Would recommend staying here.

服务很好热情细心 酒店还会提供免费接站服务 很方便 景色很好 一出门就能看到洱海 里面也有很多打卡地 有免费五张旅拍照片 还提供了下午茶 和汤饮 体验很好哦

真的挖到宝了！这家酒店完全超出预期，房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒服，一夜好眠。地理位置超赞，就在理想邦园区，出门有专车接送，完全不用担心，楼道里安安静静的，完全不吵，早餐会按照个人喜欢口味准备，吃得很满足，服务也很贴心这个价位能有这品质，真的太值了！五星推荐！下次来还选这家，必须五星

The service is really very fast and good. They have picked up service and then send up and down the mountain with their mini tram anytime. They are quick to respond and could help to arrange and advise the things we need.
The hilltop have many food and beverage and the whole place is great for photo taking. We enjoyed the in house afternoon tea and warm soup before sleeping.
We love the tea tasting session where we chit chat while drinking tea with Ms 青玄 our tea expert.
Thank you very much our butler 小罗and team for making our stay unforgettable ( like Greece 's Santorini). Well done.

Room is clean and spacious. You can can choose for chinese or western breakfast. They provide collagen soup before bed time. They also provide photoshoot with photographer you can choose 5 free pictures and the rest for 40cny each.

买的特价房 特价房有它的性价比 整体感觉还不错 服务很好 早餐很不错 面对洱海苍山 感觉不错 位子在北部端头 也可以吧

房间很宽敞，独立浴缸超级大，主打一个低调奢华风。出门即麪洱海，视野开阔，堪比圣托里尼。前台小哥哥十分热心，服务异常周到，入住体验满分。早餐米线也很好吃??

i love this hotel, clean, staff there really friendly & helpful, they contact me few days b4 i arrived dali, they arrange the teksi to fetch me in railway station. wheb i get lost, they help me to arrange buggy send me to restaurant, once i finish my dinner, they also arrange buggy to take me back to hotel to.avoid i get lost. i stayed with 2 malay frens, hotel staff help me to find halal restaurant. felt so relax staying there, nx time holiday in Dali i sure book this hotel again.
