超出预期的一次体验，门口就是洱海，面朝洱海，春暖花开，心情很舒畅。设施干净卫生，服务人员都很热情，也很周到，非常感谢老板、卉卉和一个小哥。另外，有专门拍照打卡的地方，景色很优美，很出片。希望下次有机会再来住

这次旅行带了妈妈和小孩，祖孙三代订了一间亲子房。房间宽敞明亮，干净整洁，床品舒适，每天外出回来还有贴心的沐足用品。住了三天，每天都有丰富的早餐和下午茶。最重要的是店里的小哥哥小姐姐们的亲切服务，小孩天天都被哄的开开心心，有的时候还不愿走。有机会回大理，一定再住～

房间很不错 一开始的房间稍微有点味道及时沟通后也帮忙换房间啦 管家小杨的照顾也很贴心 因为我不方便 还常常帮我送东西上楼 哪怕有时候我忘记一次交代完需要的东西了 也会特意再跑一趟 大家都很nice 推荐给了朋友～顺便希望下次还能来住久一点！
海景双人下午茶:好吃好喝 前厅装修也很漂亮 看着海景非常舒服
玫瑰花瓣足浴:很nice 每天都会更换新的可惜我脚扭伤了没享受到
【休闲旅拍】现代风服饰一套:因为扭伤了脚哪里也去不了 干脆找了一天下午拍照 享受一下不用操心的乐趣 酒店四楼的景太好看啦

Location is excellent with stunning views overlooking the lake, and short walk to nearby Putuo island. Staff were all excellent with great service. Thank you to the hotel manager and everyone else for all attention and care. We were pampaered with fruits, cakes etc.. and II brought 3 elderly family members with me recently (two of them bove 80+ years) and they thoroughly enjoyed the stay!!
I woke up early in the morning and had a great run alongside the lake. Highly recommended!!

The hotel common area is superb , those who stay must visit its 4 flr to take nice photo
The high tea , breakfast and supper dessert is included in room package
They are using WeChat to communicate, a GO is assigned to u and u can seek help in WeChat
Room and overall hotel environment is nice
GO help order food delivery and arrange car when we check out to next destination
Recommended to stay , we are on 2 bed seaview room

From the very moment we entered the place we just felt like this is a home away from home. We received a very warm welcome then a free afternoon tea plus free fruits pretty much anytime. The bedroom was cozy with a nice mattress and beddings. They even prepared a foot bath at evening with a nice warm sweet soup dessert. The breakfast was great, once again can't mention enough about the lakeside view while you enjoyed your breakfast.
The place has an amazing lakeside view that you can watch sunset sitting outside with a nice cup of coffee or just sitting outside enjoying the sun.
A couple of things worth mentioning. We had a small medical emergency and the owner actually drove me to a nearby pharmacy to pickup some medication. They even helped me with my laundry for free. I never seen any owner of a place that willing to walk that extra mile for me.
Thanks for having us as your guests and we will definitely recommend your place to all our friends.
