超出预期的好，房间动线合理且明亮宽敞，有主动服务意识：
1）会有人陪同指导做甲马
2）需要两点吃午饭，提前点了餐，起菜前还会打电话确认到达餐厅时间
3） spa是泰国技师，很舒服

这家酒店真的出乎意料的棒啊，里面的园林真的很好看，服务人员都特别热情，是我近期体验最好的一次入住体验了，真的强推大理古城附近居住的人来。

房间设施特别好。服务也很好。办完入住一名法国的管家带着我们一起熟悉房间。外卖也可以帮我们送到房间。从外面玩了一天会房间已经帮我们弄好了夜床。第二天也没有打电话催我们退房一觉睡到下午两点半舒服！

非常好的酒店，地理位置好，步行几分钟就到古城，离三塔也很近，房间打扫的很乾净，衞生间有地暖，一点都不冷，晚上也很安静，洗护用品质量很好。工作人员都很热情，外卖都是工作人员帮送到房间。小朱非常有耐心，也很专业。很快帮我解决了问题。退房时工作人员还给我们准备了点心水果让我们路上带着。细节让我们感觉很温暖。下次大理还会继续选择该酒店。

丽江比起三亚，在亲子方面差很多，主打的还是年轻人的市场，梦蝶庄也是一样，但是这家酒店还是营造出了诗意栖居的感觉，景色优美，可以远眺苍山雪和三塔，早餐还有玫瑰花瓣，服务态度特别好，接店时的小伙很热情，离店时，前台高个姑娘在门前站了好久，目送我们离开，我没住过顶级酒店，但是住全国的五星级酒店好多年都没遇到了，总的来説，这是最满意的一家酒店，下回一定会来多住几天

Excellent boutique hotel at the fringe of Dali ancient city. Walking distance to the 3 Pagodas, with an excellent view of Cangshan mountain in the background.
Hotel beautifully landscaped, lots of greenery with outdoor seating to relax and listed to birds chirping.
Room was clean and well maintained. Snacks , drinks and fruits refilled daily. Only negative was the extra bed for my child. Very hard mattress and the frame squeaks and groans when someone moves on it. They should upgrade this.
Service was excellent . Six stars! Warm, friendly and thoughtful. Always with a smile and willing to help. We did a little laundry and was drying by the bathtub. Housekeeping noticed and brought in a clothes rack and hung the clothes in the courtyard so it dries better. Wonderful initiative! We did many food deliveries and they happily brought it to our room.
Manager was great also. Always checking if we were ok and ready to provide helpful tips.
Restaurant was good. Breakfast was limited but good quality and sufficient. Dinner was ok as well, local cuisine.
On our departure, they gave us fruits , snacks and water for our onward trip.

This hotel was very good, when you arrive you have a warm welcome with homemade cookie, tea and hot towel, the view is beautiful with the mountain, sun and hotel own outdoor design.
The room look very clean with a great design, their afternoon tea was very delicious and fresh.
Kadi the general manager was very kind.
Their food price is very low and delicious, their have their own garden which make it even more fresh.
The hotel is located 15 min in car from the lake, which is very convenient.
