Absolute best hotel to stay in for Christmas - best decor in Beijing - awesome - and just what you need when you miss home. GREAT location, lovely spacious rooms - just lovely. The only downside in the breakfast, it is just not good - not even mediocre - buy yourself something from Cafe Chocolat nearby and enjoy in the comfort of your room.

We booked the hotel as there were so many positive reviews on the hotel and we came with high expectations. Regrettably, it was one of the most unpleasant stay we have had. Underneath the hotel's beautiful facade lies the aged and old building. Be prepared for stained and flaking paint, huge crack lines all over the walls, ripped and damaged furniture, grubby and stale carpets and many more. Other than the very helpful porter who helped with the luggage and showed us to our room, we do not feel welcome at all. For a hotel prided themselves with exceptional service, with staff often praised for their friendliness and professionalism, I am surprised I did not feel it at all. We should have listened to other reviewers with negative remarks. What a disappointment considering the amount of money we have paid. Unsure why there are so much rave and positive reviews.

Our fourth stay at the Legendale using the executive package and this time we booked two rooms taking my parents. This is still our favorite hotel In Beijing! Amazing service, beautiful and clean rooms. We love the Legendale and always highly recommend it and the executive package which includes all the food.

这是一家不务正业的酒店，她就像一个傲慢的欧洲贵妇，只愿意服务那些匍匐在她脚下的人，丝毫没有顾虑进出的客人会不会感到拥挤，却对我这个即将退房的客人一副依依不饶的口气，勒令我14点前必须要退房，原因是今天客人很多，没有微笑没有温暖，跟北京冰冷的空气一样…

非常满意这次选择的这家酒店。
酒店的位置非常好，到哪里都方便，地铁灯市口站只有300米的距离。走路10分钟就到王府井，各种美食购物随便选，去故宫步行20几分钟就到了。
酒店的恒温泳池，桑拿，热水池，健身房，各种设施都很棒，住了四天几乎天天来游泳。
服务员每天打扫衞生很乾净，知道我们四个人送的瓶装水也足够引用。
大堂的圣诞节装饰很漂亮，孩子们非常兴奋。有一些年轻人特意来拍照，我觉得挺好的，也不会影响到我们的住宿，我支持酒店的做法，让更多的人分享快乐。

2025年底入住励骏酒店，大堂圣诞氛围很浓，许多人过来打卡拍照，显得有点拥挤。住店客人也很多，房间略有年代感，但设施齐全，服务热情周到。每次入住都会在房间门外的走廊走走，很喜欢这种中庭式设计。选择励骏酒店的入住还有一个原因是距离协和医院很近，步行就可以到达，去体检很方便。

这个酒店的前台电话永远打不通，因为朋友先到的办理手续的时候前台办理服务意识完全没有，挂个脸像欠她几百万一样，安排了一个四楼最靠里一个房间 我快12点到的 走很远，进入房间也没有小红书推广那么好，花洒都生锈，那么第一次写差评送给你们吧

房间很大，带豪华两个字的是46平方米。
提前打电话给前台，想要个风景好的房间，然后去了以后很开心，冬日西晒的房间，光线绝了!值得值得!
酒店大厅非常气派，晚上有许多盛装的美女拍照!
还有个院子，闹中取静，秋景美!

酒店设备老旧，特别空调能把人冻感冒。早餐品种很少味道极差。电梯某些楼层上不去要一直等，服务人员态度傲慢居高临下的沟通方式。服务人员可以随意进出你的房间（不是打扫衞生），结账随意扣你按金不用知会你的。自己真实感受，希望大家避坑！
